Architects fans at Australia’s UNIFY Gathering bowed down to their knees to pay a poignant tribute to former guitarist Tom Searle, who passed away in 2016.
Frontman Sam Carter was in the midst of a powerful speech about overcoming loss and hurt when the fans paid their emotional tribute, one which caused Carter to break down in tears.
Speaking onstage on the night, Carter said: “There is no shame in crying, there is no shame in hurting”, before reminding the thousands in attendance how important it is to let your family and friends know that you love them.
