Boston’s finest folkcore enthusiasts, Dropkick Murphys, have seen the world and conquered it time upon time again, and it doesn’t seem like there’s anything out there which will stop them continuing their ongoing victory lap for years to come. Last night, their behemoth of a live show stopped off at a sold-out AFAS Live on the outskirts of Amsterdam. Boasting a back catalogue which others would bow down to, and with special guests Flogging Molly and the Sex Pistols’ Glen Matlock in tow, Al Barr and co. tore Amsterdam a new one thanks to a greatest hits set which peaked during the massive Rose Tattoo and climaxed on pensive Until the Next Time. Jack Parker went to check it all out.
