Alice Cooper and shock rock go hand in hand, and have done for the best part of four rampant decades. Last night, Cooper and his enigmatic live band brought their nostalgic live show to a packed 013 in the heart of Tilburg. It’s his fourth appearance at the 3,000-capacity Dutch sweatbox, and based on the frantic crowd response you wouldn’t be surprised if he returned to a bigger room in the near future. He isn’t the Godfather of Shock Rock for nothing, after all. Joyce van Doorn spent the night in Tilburg, returning with twenty show-defining shots of Cooper and his special guests, Black Stone Cherry.
