COBRAH Brings the Heat to Dallas

So, who is COBRAH, and why is Dallas OBSESSED with her?

For starters, she’s a Swedish singer, producer and songwriter known for her unique style of “BDSM pop”, which merges electro-house and experimental club music. She’s an icon within the queer community, unapologetically fueled by latex and influenced by both sexual liberation and club culture. It’s no secret fans packed out the show for her first visit to Dallas.

Following back to back weekends at Coachella, her show at the Echo Lounge was one for the books: hot, erotic and feminine. Her distinct vocal style and pulsating beats had fans dancing their asses off, even on a Thursday night. She performed songs from her debut album, TORN, released in March, along with cult classic singles like “BRAND NEW BITCH”, “GOOD PUSS”, and “FEMININE ENERGY”. She sported her sleek blond locks, fishnets, and a bustier corset snatched to the gods, accompanied by two insanely talented dancers. The choreography and stage chemistry were unmatched. The crowd donned spikes, harnesses, lace and even a dozen or so neoprene pup masks.

After her Dallas show, COBRAH will tour throughout May and June, ending in Paris, France. Post-tour, her summer includes a few European festival performances.
