Last night, Dutch outfit De Staat presented their home city of Nijmegen with the ultimate live experience in support of latest record O. The album has allowed Torre Florim and co. to travel the world on their own accord, whilst also sharing the stage with the likes of Muse. Their encounters with the Teignmouth trio seem to have rubbed off well on the local quintet, because they’ve just kicked off a four-night residency at Nijmegen’s De Vasim, seeing them perform In the Round in the process.
