Green Day have unfortunately been forced to cancel tonight’s headline show in Glasgow.
Bad weather in the area surrounding the Bellahouston Park venue means that promoters PCL have no other choice, with the area being deemed as no longer safe for artists to perform.
Rancid, Slaves and Scottish punks The Skids were billed as special guests, with Slaves now announcing a last-minute show at Glasgow’s o2 ABC2. Click here for more details.

Glasgow City Council have distanced themselves from the cancellation, stating that PCL themselves made the decision on their own accord.
Attendees will be able to contact PCL to sort out a full refund, with the announcement having been made half an hour before doors were set to open.
The rest of Green Day’s current summer tour will go ahead as planned, including a headline set at Mad Cool Festival in Madrid on Friday.
