Every now and then, the stars are aligned in such a way that you’re able to see a band live in a venue they’ve already outgrown in the time since it was announced. Earlier this week, BBC Sound of 2024 winners The Last Dinner Party pulled off such a feat when their sold out debut album tour stopped off at the intimate Melkweg OZ in Amsterdam. 650 people managed to cram inside the room, while a further 2,000 people had registered their interest on ticket resale website Ticketswap.
