Aussie music machine King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard have revealed full details of yet another studio album. Following the release of both Quarters and Paper Mache Dream Balloon in 2015, the septet will now follow them up with the April-bound Nonagon Infinity.

Lead single Gamma Knife was premiered today over on Zane Lowe’s Apple Radio show, with Stereogum saying the following about the record: “Nonagon Infinity might be King Gizzard’s hardest-hitting release. Arriving on the heels of last year’s downright pleasant Paper Mâché Dream Balloon, the new album plunges their sound back into aggressive territory, infusing Sabbath/Motorhead-style hard rock with frantic energy and a cartoonish blast of color. Lead single “Gamma Knife” makes a fine teaser, especially when accompanied by a music video involving monks committing mass ritual suicide. Director Danny Cohen did a good job capturing the music’s alternately dark and playful spirit, and the band’s acting definitely sells his loopy vision.”

Due on April 29, Nonagon Infinity bears the following nine tracks:

01 “Robot Stop”
02 “Big Fig Wasp”
03 “Gamma Knife”
04 “People-Vultures”
05 “Mr. Beat”
06 “Evil Death Roll”
07 “Invisible Face”
08 “Wah Wah”
09 “Road Train”
