Hampshire indie rockers Echotape may not be a household name just yet, but that doesn’t mean you won’t have heard their music before at some point in the past. If you’re from Vladivostok you may recall them from a massive performance at V-ROX Festival, and if you’re a fan of Brooklyn Nine-Nine you’ll have definitely heard their music soundtrack a bar fight. Probably the latter, to be honest.
The UK band present an energetic mix of radio-ready indie rock which essentially sounds like a love child between The Vaccines’ raucous energy and Kings of Leon’s stadium-ready accessibility. New single I Said It is a perfect example of this, with its accompanying visual premiering right here, right now on All Things Loud.
