Last weekend, Hurricane Festival became the latest German festival to fall victim to dire weather conditions. Although counterpart festival Southside was scrapped altogether, Hurricane saw plenty of cancelled performances and stage tents which were absolutely drenched to a point where nobody could even enter. Despite our full coverage being cut short a whole day due to adverse weather (and its subsequent consequences; i.e. flooded tent and damaged equipment), we’ve still managed to piece together a small handful of sets which did manage to go through in Scheeßel.
