Green Day have been announced as Download Festival Paris’ latest headliner.
The pop-punk legends, who recently received the Global Icon Award at the MTV EMAs in Rotterdam, will top the bill in Paris on Sunday 11 June.
Joining Billie Joe Armstrong and co. in Paris next year are fellow headliners System of a Down, Blink-182 and Linkin Park. Supergroup Prophets of Rage will also appear at the festival in 2017.
