Deftones frontman Chino Moreno is set to perform acoustically inside an Icelandic volcano this weekend.
The vocalist will, alongside 20 fans, travel 400 feet inside the dormant Thrihnuagigur volcano as part of this year’s Secret Solstice Festival in Reykjavik. Moreno will be the first musician to ever do so.
Deftones will perform a headlining set at Secret Solstice alongside Radiohead and Of Monsters & Men.
