NEW MUSIC FRIDAY: The Killers & Queens of the Stone Age Both Return With Stomping New Singles

It’s Friday, which means that it’s the hotly anticipated weekly release day! This week is like no other, with bold statements from The Killers and Queens of the Stone Age dominating playlists alongside a brand new track from Arcade Fire. Check them all out below.

THE KILLERS – THE MAN
Brandon Flowers and co. return on the funk-infused disco grooves of The Man, which takes its cues from David Bowie and is lifted from Wonderful Wonderful, their first album in five years.

QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE – THE WAY YOU USED TO DO
Josh Homme and co. teamed up with super producer Mark Ronson for new album Villains (out 24 August), which seems to have injected some polished swing elements into their robot rock prowess.

ARCADE FIRE – CREATURE COMFORT
Dark suicidal references pair up with grizzly synths, cheerleader-esque vocals and a jolted rhythm section on the second single to be taken from new album Everything Now, out next month.
